Meet the Team

MATT BODDINGTON LL.B (Hons) – Managing Director

Matt is Managing Director of Accountax and is therefore responsible for the tax and employment law divisions.  Matt is legally qualified and has represented clients in both employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal as well as providing advice on employment law and HR matters.

MARK TAYLOR LL.B (Hons), LL.M – Operations Director

Mark heads up the employment law team and is in charge of the day to day running of the division.  He has completed his Legal Practice Course and has extensive experience of handling personnel issues. He specialises in defending holiday pay claims and other contentious employment law disputes, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and TUPE.  Mark has successfully represented clients in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal. Mark also has a Masters degree in Employment Relations.

EMMA McMILLAN LL.B (Hons) – Consultant

Emma specialised in employment law academically on both her Degree and Legal Practice Course.  She brings both this knowledge and her experience of training to our employment law advice team.  Emma is responsible for advising clients on all aspects of employment law and personnel issues including representing clients in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.

SARAH THOMSON LL.B (Hons) – Consultant

Sarah is legally qualified having obtained a law degree with employment law as a specialism.  Sarah splits her role between the tax division and the employment division representing clients in both forums.  Sarah will provide advice and consultancy on employment law and personnel issues as well as representing clients in the Employment Tribunal.
